Niamh grew up in Dublin, Ireland. She studied Physiotherapy at Trinity College Dublin. She has worked in both the private and public setting in Ireland. Niamh likes to use a combination of hands on therapy and exercise prescription to manage a variety of conditions.
She has a interest in managing hip and knee conditions. In particular rehab following joint replacements. Outside of the clinic you will see Niamh hiking or working on her own strength training. She is new to Perth and loves recommendations on places to see during her time off!
Dan recently moved to Perth from Dublin, Ireland. He studied Sports therapy & rehab in London then went onto do Physiotherapy in RCSI, Dublin. He has worked in both the hospital setting and with professional sports teams such as London Irish Rugby and Bohemians F.C.
Dan has an emphasis on “exercise is medicine” when approaching a patients treatment utilising a more exercise based approach but has much experience with hands on approach to help treat any sports and work related injuries. With the primary goal in prioritising the patients wants and needs first to deliver the best results for reducing pain, restoring function and re-establishing/returning high performance .
Dan has experience in dealing with high level athletes from both a physio perspective but also from an athlete perspective as he played rugby at both professional club level and represented his country at U18s and U20s
